Oniontech partnered with Alipay, the NO.1 mobile payment company in China, to develop the world’s first mobile tax refund service -- Alipay Mobile Tax Refund, which allows tourists to reserve refunds on their own.

Chinese tourists who received Tax Free Form at the shop can use the Alipay app to reserve their refund anytime, anywhere. The reserved Tax Free Form will automatically be refunded when getting Customs Validation.

Alipay Mobile Tax Refund service increases the loyalty of Alipay app users. During the Chinese National Holidays in October 2018, the Alipay Mobile Tax Refund usage in Korea was overwhelmingly higher than the Alipay Downtown Refund usage.
